Nigerians, Happy Independence Day
October 1

October 1 is Nigeria’s Independence Day.  Nigeria is definitely a hot hub for great music.  We celebrate Nigeria by showcasing a few musicians that we stumbled upon.   To showcase the wonderful diversity of music over the ages, we are showcasing a few videos that we discovered.   Some artists are relatively unknown but still give a great groove.  We hope you enjoy as much as we did.   Also, make sure that you check out some of the artists coming to Chicago firsthand beginning with our recommendation:  Adekunle Gold at the House of Blues on October 6th.
